Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, our shipping services are limited to Europe. However, we are more than happy to provide you with a shipping quotation upon request.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs of your order are based on the destination and the weight of the package. You can calculate the shipping costs by adding the items to your shopping cart and proceeding to the Checkout page, where the shipping cost for your delivery will be displayed.

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of your order depends on the destination and which service you’ve chosen during
checkout.

Where do you produce your filaments?
Filkemp filaments are produced in Portugal.

Do you test all your products yourself?
Indeed, we do test all of our products to ensure that we can offer our customers the best advice and settings for an optimal printing experience. All of our products come with technical data sheets and safety data sheets, which are available on this platform.

Is it possible to sign up for a newsletter to stay up-to-date with your latest news?

Certainly. Please ensure that you do not miss any developments in the 3D industry. You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of the page.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, although you can pick up filaments we are not a regular shop.

Where can PLA filament be recycled?

Both PLA filament and PETG can be recycled by depositing them in the yellow bin designated for plastic recycling.
Your efforts in recycling are greatly appreciated!

Is it possible to return my order?
If a product does not meet with the customer’s expectations it can be returned under certain
conditions. If the filament or the spool have any technical issue please contact the support and we will
help solve the situation.
Have you received an article different from your order then it is possible to exchange your article.

How do I return my order?

We are looking to team up with dedicated partners in the 3D Printing Industry order to expand our
brand worldwide. Please send your request to 3D@filkemp.com and we will send you all documentation about pricing, MOQ, etc. only if the partner application form is filled out. All distributors and resellers are required to be able to provide support.

1. O PLA é biodegradável?
   O PLA nunca é 100% biodegradável. A sua formula tem por base um componente que advém do amido de milho mas inclui outros componentes que não são biodegradáveis.
2. Quantas vezes se pode reciclar?
   Com base nos demais polímeros, ainda não existem estudos suficientes que garantissem as propriedades iniciais.
3. Quantos PLA existem?
   Há uma grande variedade para os diferentes tipos de aplicação e as necessidades do consumidor final.
   O tipo de PLA pode diferir no que toca à sua durbilidade e caracteristicas técnicas.
4.  O PLA 3D é tóxico?
   O PLA liberta gases em menor grau uma vez que é impresso a temperaturas mais baixas. Entende-se que quando o filamento é aquecido durnte a impressão, este liberta sempre gases. Ao contrário do ABS, o PLA para 3D não liberta gases tóxicos.
