Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping. Please ask your quotation for out of Europe shipping.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs of your order are based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Shipping costs of your order can easily be calculated by simply adding the requested items into your
shopping cart. Once you added all the items to your shopping cart toy can proceed to the Checkout
page where you can choose your payment method. On this page you will automatically see the
shipping cost for your delivery.

When will my order be delivered?
The delivery time of your order depends on the destination and which service you’ve chosen during
checkout.

Where do you produce your filaments?
Filkemp filaments are produced in Portugal.

Do you test all your products yourself?
Yes, we do. We test all our products so we can provide all our customers the best advice and
settings for the best printing experience. All our products have Technical data sheets and safety data
sheets, available in this platform.

Is it possible to sign up for a newsletter to stay up-to-date with your latest news?

Yes. On the bottom of the page you can sign up for our newsletter by filling in your email address.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, although you can pick up filaments we are not a regular shop. All orders should be placed online in

Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
If a product does not meet with the customer’s expectations it can be returned under certain
conditions. If the filament or the spool have any technical issue please contact the support and we will
help solve the situation.
Have you received an article different from your order then it is possible to exchange your article.

How do I return my order?
After you’ve received a return confirmation please return the package to our address below.
